AN ACT ALLOWING PERSONS SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
TO OPERATE RIDES AT AMUSEMENT PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow persons sixteen years 1
of age or older with proper training to operate rides at amusement 2
parks. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure an adequate and properly trained workforce for local
amusement parks.
