AN ACT ESTABLISHING A RIGHT TO HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a right to housing, 1
including the rights to housing affordability, rehousing assistance for 2
people who become homeless and protections from housing loss. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a right to housing in Connecticut.
