Eliminates Fiscal Impact in Bill
The amendment eliminates the costs in the underlying bill by
eliminating the provisions that would require the Department of
Housing to hire two to four new staff.
The amendment also makes other changes that are not anticipated to
change the fiscal impact of the underlying bill. As with the underlying
bill, the amendment does not mandate or require the state to spend
additional funds on programs or services related to the components of
the "right to housing" as enumerated.
