AN ACT CONCERNING TELEHEALTH SERVICES AND HEALTH
INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SUCH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand: (1) Provisions 1
concerning the provision of telehealth services by health care providers; 2
and (2) health insurance coverage for such services to include coverage 3
for services rendered by chiropractors, physical therapists, naturopaths 4
and optometrists. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand: (1) Provisions concerning the provision of telehealth services
by health care providers; and (2) health insurance coverage for such
services to include coverage for services rendered by chiropractors,
physical therapists, naturopaths and optometrists.
