AN ACT CONCERNING BACK -UP POWER GENERATION FOR
STRATEGICALLY LOCATED GAS STATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that strategically 1
located gas stations possess back-up power generation capabilities. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require that strategically located gas stations possess back-up power
generation capabilities.
