Explanation 
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal 
impact resulting in the following impact.  This amendment reduces the 
fee for a café permit for previous holders of nonprofit club and club 
permits from $2,000 to $300 for a club permit and $815 for a nonprofit 
club permit resulting in an annual revenue loss of approximately 
$540,000 beginning in FY 21

.  In FY 20 there were 338 club and nonprofit 
club permits.
