In FY 20 there were 338 club and nonprofit club permits. Senate "A" strikes the underlying bill and associated fiscal impact resulting in the impact described above. The Out Years The annualized ongoing fiscal impact identified above would continue subject to the number of club and nonprofit clubs. 1 The amendment requires the Department of Consumer Protection to issue a refund for any club ($300) or nonprofit club ($815) who paid in excess of the permit fee listed in the amendment in FY 21.
