In FY 20 there were 338 club and nonprofit club permits. Senate "A" strikes the underlying bill and associated fiscal impact resulting in the impact described above. House "A" makes the sections containing the club and nonprofit club permit fee reductions effective from passage resulting in no fiscal impact because the bill specifies these permittees will receive a refund in FY 21.
