AN ACT CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR IMPOSITION OF THE
ESTATE TAX ON FARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 217 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
threshold for imposition of the state estate tax on farms to match the 2
federal farm estate tax threshold. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To match the threshold for imposition of the state estate tax on farms
with the federal farm estate tax threshold.
