AN ACT ESTABLISHING A RIGHT TO APPEAL THE DECISION OF A
MUNICIPAL ETHICS BOARD TO THE OFFICE OF STATE ETHICS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-148h of the general statutes be amended to provide a 1
right to appeal the decision of a municipal ethics board to the Office of 2
State Ethics. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit aggrieved parties to appeal a local municipal ethics board
decision to the Office of State Ethics.
