MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having 1
cognizance of matters relating to government administration be 2
required to conduct a review of all state mandates. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require a legislative review of all state mandates.
