AN ACT EXPANDING HOME -BASED AND COMMUNITY -BASED CARE
FOR PERSONS WHO ARE ELDERLY OR WHO HAVE ALZHEIMER'S
DISEASE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 2
30, 2022, to expand the provision of home-based and community-based 3
care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's disease. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the provision of cost-effective, home-based and community-
based care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's disease.
