AN ACT PROHIBITING TUITION WAIVERS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF
CONNECTICUT FOR THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Board 1
of Trustees of The University of Connecticut from waiving the payment 2
of tuition for family members of the employees of The University of 3
Connecticut. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit tuition waivers at The University of Connecticut for family
members of employees of said university.
