AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF PASSPORT TO THE PARKS
FUNDS FOR FISH HATCHERIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the use of a portion 1
of the Passport to the Parks funds for fish hatcheries. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase fish supply to meet the demand created by the increased
number of fishing licenses issued.
