AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY TICK -BORNE ILLNESSES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That a task force be established to study tick-borne illnesses and the 1 discovery, diagnoses and treatment of such illnesses by health care 2 providers, including, but not limited to, the ordering of laboratory 3 analyses in this state as compared to other states. 4 Statement of Purpose: To determine whether tick-borne illnesses are being appropriately discovered, diagnosed and treated.
