Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit deceptive 1
advertising practices by limited services pregnancy centers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit deceptive advertising practices by limited services
pregnancy centers.
