AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS FROM THE FEES FOR
CERTIFIED COPIES OF VITAL RECORDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt individuals applying 1
for assistance from the Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Fund from the fees 2
for certified copies of vital records. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt individuals applying for assistance from the Soldiers, Sailors
and Marines Fund from the fees for certified copies of vital records.
