AN ACT CONCERNING SENIOR CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) include senior center staff 1
members among persons municipalities can name as municipal agents 2
for the elderly, (2) authorize the establishment of multipurpose senior 3
centers, (3) authorize additional resources for senior centers, and (4) 4
establish a working group to study the needs of senior centers. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To support delivery of services by senior centers and strengthen their
ability to serve senior citizens.
