AN ACT CONCERNING REINSTATEMENT OF DISCONNECTED
UTILITY SERVICES FOR NONPAYMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to modify utility company 1
policies regarding reinstatement of disconnected services for 2
nonpayment, including the length of time in which such company may 3
hold deposits collected from customers before utility services are 4
reinstated. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To modify utility company policies concerning reinstatement of
disconnected utility services for nonpayment.
