AN ACT CONCERNING COASTLINE RESILIENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program for 1
five coastal resiliency projects that incorporate forms of a living 2
shoreline and some hardened infrastructure. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance coastal resiliency.
