AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF
AGRICULTURAL REAL ESTATE BY THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22-26hh of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the funding available to the state to purchase fee simple title of 2
agricultural real estate, and any personal property related to such real 3
property, by increasing the bond authorization available for such 4
purchases from two million to five million dollars. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the amount of funding available to the state to purchase fee
simple title of agricultural real estate and any personal property related
to such real property.
