AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESCRIBED FORM OF OATHS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 1-23 and 1-25 of the general statutes be amended to 1
remove all references to "so help you God" from certain statutorily 2
prescribed oaths. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To make the form of oaths consistent by removing reference to "so help
you God".
