AN ACT ALLOWING TENANTS TO MAKE ADVANCE RENTAL
PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 47a-21 of the general statutes be amended to specifically 1
authorize tenants to make advance rental payments to their landlords. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit tenants to make advance rental payments.
