AN ACT INCREASING MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT TO NURSING
HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-340 of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the rate of Medicaid reimbursement to nursing homes for the fiscal year 2
beginning July 1, 2021. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase Medicaid reimbursement to nursing homes.
