AN ACT EXTENDING THE SUNSET DATE FOR THE HEALTHY
HOMES FUND SURCHARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-331 of the general statutes be amended to extend the 1
sunset date for the Healthy Homes Fund surcharge to December 31, 2
2043. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the sunset date for the Healthy Homes Fund surcharge to
December 31, 2043.
