AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR TELEHEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE
USE DISORDER SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-499a and 38a-526a of the general statutes be 1
amended to expand required health insurance coverage for mental 2
health and substance use disorder services provided through telehealth. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand required health insurance coverage for mental health and
substance use disorder services provided through telehealth.
