Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to impose an annual 1
cap on long-term care insurance premium rate increases. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To impose an annual cap on long-term care insurance premium rate
increases.
