AN ACT CONCERNING THE COST OF HEALTH CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to: (1) Codify the Governor's 1
executive orders concerning health care benchmarking; and (2) require 2
that an annual report concerning health care costs be submitted to the 3
joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 4
matters relating to insurance. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To: (1) Codify the Governor's executive orders concerning health care
benchmarking; and (2) require that an annual report concerning health
care costs be submitted to the joint standing committee of the General
Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to insurance.
