AN ACT ALLOWING PROBATE COURT EMPLOYEES TO
COLLECTIVELY BARGAIN AND UNIONIZE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow Probate Court 1
employees to collectively bargain and unionize. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow Probate Court employees to collectively bargain and unionize.
