AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF SCENT DOG IDENTIFICATION OF COVID-19 AND OTHER VIRUSES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study 1 the feasibility of using scent dogs to identify persons who are positive 2 with a transmissible virus, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. 3 Statement of Purpose: To aid in the detection and prevention of transmission of deadly viruses.
