Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that long-term care 1
facilities have access to locally grown foods and healthy products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require that long-term care facilities have access to locally grown
foods and healthy products.
