AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO DEVELOP A STATE -
WIDE SUPPORT PLAN FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to establish a task 1
force to (1) study the long-term needs of persons with intellectual and 2
developmental disabilities, and (2) develop a state-wide facilities and 3
resources plan to address their housing and employment needs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to ensure adequate resources exist in the future
to support the needs of persons with intellectual and developmental
disabilities.
