AN ACT ELIMINATING THE NONMEDICAL EXEMPTION TO THE
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the nonmedical 1
exemption to the immunization requirement for individuals attending 2
public or private school from prekindergarten through grade twelve, 3
individuals in higher education and children in day care settings. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the nonmedical exemption to the immunization
requirement for individuals attending public or private school from
prekindergarten through grade twelve, individuals in higher education
and children in day care settings.
