AN ACT EXEMPTING VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANIES AND
DEPARTMENTS AND VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE SERVICES AND
COMPANIES FROM THE FEE FOR A CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt volunteer fire 1
companies and departments and volunteer ambulance services and 2
companies from the fee for a criminal history records check. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt volunteer fire companies and departments and volunteer
ambulance services and companies from the fee for a criminal history
records check.
