AN ACT CONCERNING ADVANCED DEPOSIT WAGERING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 12-571 and 12-572b of the general statutes be amended 1
to delete a provision on the date of transfer of the off-track betting 2
system and repeal the provision governing advanced deposit wagering. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To address concerns regarding advanced deposit wagering provisions.
