AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF PASSENGER RAIL
SERVICE ON THE WATERBURY BRANCH OF THE METRO -NORTH
COMMUTER RAILROAD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-79p of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Commissioner of Transportation to increase the number and 2
frequency of trains running on the Waterbury branch line of the Metro-3
North Commuter Railroad, and to add stops in the towns of Seymour, 4
Shelton and Derby. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand passenger rail service on the Waterbury branch of the Metro-
North Commuter Railroad.
