AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION PROJECT
PRIORITIZATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 242 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Transportation to submit a list of prioritized 2
transportation projects to the joint standing committee of the General 3
Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation on or 4
before June 30, 2021, and annually thereafter. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide transparency regarding the prioritization of transportation
initiatives and projects.
