AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CONNECTICUT PORT AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 15-31a of the general statutes be 1
amended to add the chief elected official of the city of New London as a 2
voting member to the board of directors of the Connecticut Port 3
Authority. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To make the chief elected official of the city of New London a voting
member on the board of directors of the Connecticut Port Authority.
