AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
TO CONDUCT A STUDY OF PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Veterans Affairs be required to conduct a 1
study of property tax abatements available to veterans to determine 2
whether the amounts of such abatements should be increased. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Veterans Affairs to conduct a study of
property tax abatements available to veterans to determine whether the
amounts of such abatements should be increased.
