Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to establish a process 1 to identify veterans who qualify as patients for medical marijuana and 2 to exempt veterans from the fees for registration and written 3 certification for medical marijuana. 4 Statement of Purpose: To establish a process to identify veterans who qualify as patients for medical marijuana and to exempt veterans from the fees for registration and written certification for medical marijuana.
