AN ACT ELIMINATING A CHARGE ASSESSED TO END USE
CUSTOMERS OF ELECTRIC SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-245n of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the charge assessed to end use customers of electric services which are 2
deposited into the Clean Energy Fund. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate a surcharge assessed on electric bills which are deposited
into the Clean Energy Fund.
