AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF GENERIC
PHARMACEUTICALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit "pay for delay" 1
contracts between name brand and generic pharmaceutical companies. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To preserve patient access to affordable prescription drugs.
