AN ACT EXTENDING OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
ADMINISTRATION TEN-HOUR TRAINING CARD VALIDITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to extend Occupational Safety 1
and Health Administration ten-hour training card validity from five 2
years to ten years. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce costs to state contractors by extending Occupational Safety
and Health Administration ten-hour training card validity from five
years to ten years.
