AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF REMOVABLE
WINDSHIELD PLACARDS TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-253a of the general statutes be 1
amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue a 2
removable windshield placard to each parent or guardian of any person 3
who is blind or any person with disabilities, regardless of such person's 4
age. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate the care and transportation of persons who are blind or
persons with disabilities.
