AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO INTERSTATE 95 NORTHBOUND
AT THE WATERFORD WEIGH STATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation permit access to Interstate 1
Route 95 northbound at the weigh station in the town of Waterford to 2
alleviate traffic related to the construction and use of a facility located at 3
140 Parkway South, Waterford, Connecticut. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit access to Interstate Route 95 northbound at the Waterford
weigh station to alleviate traffic due to the construction and use of a
facility located at 140 Parkway South, Waterford, Connecticut.
