AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS'
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MINOR AND TECHNICAL REVISIONS
TO STATUTES CONCERNING PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
SUMMARY
This bill makes minor changes to the laws governing a jobs creation
tax credit (§ 4), the state water plan (§ 9), and discharge permits (§ 10)
by expanding internal citations to the state plan of conservation and
development. It also makes several technical changes to the planning
and development statutes, including adding the word “resiliency” to a
reference to the recently established Climate Change and Coastal
Resiliency Reserve Fund (§ 3).
