Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to strengthen and expand the 1
federal Student Loan Borrowers Bill of Rights Act of 2019. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen and expand the federal Student Loan Borrowers' Bill of
Rights Act of 2019.
