AN ACT CREATING A PROGRAM TO INCENTIVIZE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a program 1
incentivizing competition of telecommunications companies and 2
expansion of telecommunications services in the state, with municipal 3
input into such expansions. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create a program incentivizing competition of telecommunications
companies and expansion of telecommunications services in the state.
