AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A PARKING
FACILITY IN MIDDLETOWN AND OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office of Policy 4
and Management for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the city 5
of Middletown to construct a parking facility in downtown Middletown 6
and for other purposes. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a parking facility in downtown Middletown and
other purposes.
