AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE TREASURER AND CLIMATE
CHANGE AND COASTAL RESILIENCY RESERVE FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-159d of the general statutes be amended to authorize 1
the State Treasurer, within available resources, to invest funds for 2
municipalities that have created a Climate Change and Coastal 3
Resiliency Reserve Fund. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the State Treasurer to invest funds for municipalities that
have created a Climate Change and Coastal Resiliency Reserve Fund.
